ILS Walt Disney
The Disney ILS Program was established in 1996 to oversee labur standards compliance across the vast supply chain for Disney-branded products. Disney has established a Code of Conduct for Manufacturers and an International Labor Standards Program (ILS) designed to help address working conditions in facilities around the world where Disney-branded products are made.
The principles of the Disney Code are consistent with the core conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO). In order to meet the Minimum Compliance Standard, facility must demonstrate the absence of violations in the following Disney Code such as Child Labor, Involuntary Labor, Coercion and Harassment, Non-Discrimination, Association, Health and Safety, Subcontracting and Monitoring and Compliance.
All Disney licensees must meet the following standards:

- Threats and Harassment
- Non-discrimination
- Union
- Health and Safety
- Remuneration
- Environmental Protection
- Legal Compliance
